-Battery information: When recording sleep function, we will collect the battery information of your device to run the sleep recording algorithm function. When your device's battery is low, the sleep recording algorithm will automatically stop to save the device's power.
-Microphone and storage permissions. After obtaining your consent, we will apply for recording permission and allow storage permission to analyze your sleep quality, detect sleep and snoring (audio files are only saved locally on the device and will not be uploaded to the server), and provide you with the service of viewing sleep reports on the device.
-HealthKit information. If you choose to provide, we may collect iOS Health app/or Healthkit data (which may include date of birth, heart rate, height, gender, weight, and exercise status) (collectively referred to as "Healthkit information"), which is protected by this privacy policy. Users do not need to share this information, or they can choose not to provide this additional information and not enter it when requested. Healthkit information will not be used for marketing purposes, nor will it be shared with third parties for marketing purposes, unless the third party has provided you with medical services with your prior consent.

SleepWell offers premium membership subscriptions that can be paid for through iTunes/Google accounts. The subscription will be charged upon purchase and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be renewed within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
